Larry Thompson, a Texas Storyteller: Using Stories to Share Values
       

Larry Thompson has been in front of audiences for 25 years. Larry is at home helping the audience laugh, learn and let loose.  He has told stories on mountain tops and in valleys from New Mexico to South Carolina and many large and small places in between.  Larry tells cowboy tales, folk tales, and home-grown tales and guarantees to make the audience smile.  He has published tow books of his own stories, including his newest book, Wild West--Plastic Cowboys and Indians Have Feelings Too; a collection of western stories.  He is the reigning champion of the Houston Liar's Contest and was voted "Least Forgettable Performer" at the 2012 Trembling Hills Rehab Center Friends and Fish Cook-off. He is past President of the San Antonio Storytelling Association and serves on the Board for the Tejas Storytelling Association.

The National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) was founded in 1972 and is one of the largest women’s professional associations in the United States. The organization has a rich history of providing education, networking, and public advocacy to empower its members to achieve career success and financial security. Members are women executives, professionals, business owners and others who are committed to NAFE's mission: The advancement of women in business.
       
    NAFE SA is seeking Committee volunteers to help cultivate our San Antonio chapter.  Please join us at our luncheons to network and collaborate with us as female executives of today and tomorrow embarking on the new year of possibilities.

    Check-In Procedures:

    1. There will be two entry lines - one for pre-payment via PayPal and one for payment at the door.   
    2. Name badges for NAFE SA members are provided in membership package.  Please bring you badge to the networking event.
